Basic DNA Course
This is the first course in the ThetaHealing® technique. The main scope of this course is the practice of techniques that allow you to change life patterns held by childhood, genetic, historical and soul beliefs. You will discover how to identify your limiting beliefs through muscle testing and how to quickly and simply transform them into positive and empowering beliefs. An instant change from years of self-sabotage, bad habits and negative living patterns.
Advanced DNA Course
Continue your journey to the next level of physical healing, emotional well-being and spiritual awakening through the Advanced DNA Course, the second course in the technique.
In this 3-day course, you will delve into the Theta brain wave, releasing resentments, rejections and regrets you carry with you, which will bring more clarity and lightness to your life. Clear old resentments, vows and compromises that limit you. Learn some more powerful forms of healing, how to heal with the exercises “Baby in the Womb” and “Song of the Heart.” You'll also receive over 500 downloads of feelings that will bring you healing and deep awakening.

It all started when one day I tried a visualization exercise, where I asked myself: 'Ana, where do you see yourself in 10 years?'! It was like I suddenly gave my mind permission to let in an avalanche of questions. Of course, at that precise moment, I was not able to See me! But I was able to Feel. Feeling that in 10 years, I would like to be somewhere else, doing something different! But and what?
Not being able to leave everything and go on a journey in search of a purpose in life (like so many inspiring stories we sometimes read), I decided that I would take advantage of my free time to discover myself. Realize what I liked the most to do, what passions moved me, what talents I hid. During this journey, I participated in personal development retreats, shamanic ceremonies and many other trips. And without realizing it, the Universe took charge of putting me in the right place.
In 2014, I had my first contact with the ThetaHealing® technique - a simple session that changed the course of my life; in 2016 I created the JustBU project and started my journey as an Instructor.
Today I have several ThetaHealing® trainings acquired in different parts of the world: 15 Practitioner Courses & 12 Instructor Courses. Having found in ThetaHealing, in addition to a healing tool and a lifestyle!
